These terms apply when you book a service with Monocraft Tech Studio through this website.

Who you book with

Our services are provided by Monocraft Tech Studio. The website and booking system are provided by Monocraft Service OS, which is not a party to your booking.

Bookings

A booking is a request until we confirm it. We may contact you to check the details or to suggest another time.

Prices

Prices on this website are a guide. The final price depends on the job and is confirmed in a quotation or on your invoice. Some jobs need a site visit before we can give a price.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel a booking, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us as early as you can.

Payment

Pay as stated on your invoice. Online payments are handled by our payment provider. If a deposit is needed, we tell you the amount and its terms when you book.

Your part

Give us accurate details, make sure we can reach the place of the job at the agreed time, and tell us about anything that may affect safety.

Our responsibility

We carry out the work with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
